Teachers are always being questioned

Our Teachers are having a difficult time focusing on what they were trained to do,”teach”. We are losing the effects of a good teacher by requesting they do more than their vocation demands. Now we want them to be trained in carrying guns. Now we want them to be spend more time training the teachers’ “aides” because the school entity failed to do so.More so than ever the teacher needs well educated and trained teachers’ “aides” who are hired to assist with student. Our teachers are spending too much time worried about protecting themselves from lawsuits and parents who second guess them. Please support your school in putting the Teacher back in the classroom and not in the courtroom.
